A chatbot is a computer program that can have a conversation with you. Siri, Alexa, and ChatGPT are all chatbots!

A simple chatbot works with IF/THEN rules:
- IF user says "hello" → chatbot says "Hi there! How can I help?"
- IF user says "joke" → chatbot tells a joke
- IF user says "bye" → chatbot says "Goodbye! See you soon!"
