AI gave everyone a hammer.
But not everyone learned what should — and shouldn’t — be
hit.
These days, many fresh graduates walk into offices carrying
the “AI Hammer,” trying to impress managers by applying AI to everything.
But there’s a difference between: using AI wisely and
swinging it blindly.
A hammer is designed to break things.
It doesn’t automatically know how to build them.
Sometimes, in the rush to automate, optimize, or replace… we
forget to ask:
• What could this break?
• What human value are we removing?
• What long-term impact are we creating?
That’s why founders, CEOs, and stakeholders should think
beyond:
“Who can use AI?”
And start asking:
“Who understands where AI should NOT be used?”
Because real intelligence is not just about using powerful
tools.
It’s about judgment, responsibility, and understanding
consequences.
Wah re AI Hammer 🙂
Powerful indeed.
But in the wrong hands, everything starts looking like a
nail.
